Shipping Information
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before noon Eastern Standard Time will usually ship the same day.
However, there are times when we are backordered on items. If the item
will be available within a few days, we will hold your order to ship it in its
entirety. If the item will be unavailable for awhile, we will ship your
order and backorder the item. This item will ship as soon as it is
available. When purchasing through our online store, you will receive an
email with information on the ship date, expected delivery date, and tracking
number.
We also do our best to get your order shipped to you with
everything you ordered. We do however make errors. If you are
missing items from your order and there is no indication on the invoice that the
item has been backordered, please email or call us, and we will ship the item to
you asap.
Shipping charges will not appear on your online invoice so
please add these charges to get the total on your order

International Shipments
Exact shipping charges apply to international shipments.
Please contact us via email or phone for shipping options. We usually ship
UPS, but can ship via the United States Postal Service - Global Express, Global
Priority, Airmail, or Surface Mail. Please keep in mind that when orders
are shipped through the post, they can not be tracked and can take up to 4 weeks
to get through customs. Any orders shipping to outside the US will be
subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage charges. The importer is solely
responsible for these and any other importation fees.
Returns
Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned for exchange
or credit in the original form of payment. Please include a copy of your
invoice and a note specifying whether it is a return or exchange. If you
are exchanging items, please allow time for us to process the exchange and get
the items shipped out to you.
R&F does not accept returns on items that have been
purchased through stores that carry our products. Please contact the store
where you purchased the items and they should be able to help you.
Defective Products
If you receive and item and it is defective, please
contact us and we will replace it immediately. We will typically replace a
product for up to one year from purchase date (within reason - please do not
send us a heat gun that is covered in wax and doesn't work anymore).
