R&F Handmade Paints

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.  Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time will usually ship the same day.  However, there are times when we are backordered on items.  If the item will be available within a few days, we will hold your order to ship it in its entirety.  If the item will be unavailable for awhile, we will ship your order and backorder the item.  This item will ship as soon as it is available.  When purchasing through our online store, you will receive an email with information on the ship date, expected delivery date, and tracking number.

We also do our best to get your order shipped to you with everything you ordered.  We do however make errors.  If you are missing items from your order and there is no indication on the invoice that the item has been backordered, please email or call us, and we will ship the item to you asap.

Expedited orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time will usually ship the same day.
Expedited shipping works in the following way:
Orders placed on Mon. before 12pm EST shipping 1st Day Air will be received on Tue.
Orders placed on Mon. before 12pm EST shipping 2nd Day Air will be received on Wed.
Orders placed on Mon. before 12pm EST shipping 3 Day Air will be received on Thur.
Expedited shipping includes business days and not weekends so a 1st Day Air package that ships on Friday before 12pm EST will be received on the following Monday.
R&F is not responsible for packages that do not reach a customer on time due to inclement weather.

Exact shipping charges apply to international shipments. Please contact us via email or phone for shipping options. We usually ship UPS, but can ship via the United States Postal Service - Global Express, Global Priority, Airmail, or Surface Mail. Please keep in mind that when orders are shipped through the post, they can not be tracked and can take up to 4 weeks to get through customs. Any orders shipping to outside the US will be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage charges. The importer is solely responsible for these and any other importation fees.

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit in the original form of payment.  Please include a copy of your invoice and a note specifying whether it is a return or exchange.  If you are exchanging items, please allow time for us to process the exchange and get the items shipped out to you.
R&F does not accept returns on items that have been purchased through stores that carry our products.  Please contact the store where you purchased the items and they should be able to help you.

If you receive and item and it is defective, please contact us and we will replace it immediately.  We will typically replace a product for up to one year from purchase date (within reason - please do not send us a heat gun that is covered in wax and doesn't work anymore).

On rare occasions, items may be backordered.  We will notify you of any items on backorder and will ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available.

R&F does have gift certificates available.  Please call 1.800.206.8088 us if you would like to purchase one.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Personal Checks in US Funds, Money Orders in US Funds, and Wire Transfers (wire transfers are subject to a $25 service charge).

We will never sell your information to anyone, at any time, for any reason.  We believe you should treat people the way you would want to be treated.  None of us like telemarketers either.

If we must cancel a workshop due to under enrollment, you will be notified no later than one month before the workshop is scheduled.  In this event, your deposit will be returned to you in full, or you may transfer it to another session.  If you must withdraw from a workshop, and you give us a minimum of one month’s notice, R&F will refund $75 of your initial deposit, retaining a $25 processing fee.

If you must withdraw from a workshop after the balance has been paid and we are unable to replace you, R&F will retain the entire amount.  If we can replace you, we will refund all but the $25 processing fee.  R&F does not assume any responsibility for nonrefundable travel and lodging expenses.  We therefore strongly recommend that you wait until your class is confirmed before making these arrangements.

Mixed Media workshops follow registrars policies.

Workshops fill up months in advance so early registration is strongly recommended.  Participants are registered in the order that their applications are received.  You may register online, by phone, fax or email.  We require a $100 deposit at the time of registration to ensure your space in the workshop.  Once we receive your deposit, you will be sent a receipt, which will indicate whether or not the class is fully enrolled at this time.  The balance on the workshop is due one month prior to the start of the workshop.

Once the class is fully enrolled, you will receive a confirmation packet (using one month before the start date of the workshop) which will include a materials list, accommodations lists, and travel directions.  Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive this packet.  The balance payment is due one month before the workshop.
