Manganese Blue Hue Pigment Stick



A revolutionary development in painting,
R&F Pigment Sticks are oil paint with just enough natural wax added to maintain a solid stick form. They are richly pigmented, with a lipstick soft consistency that gives them the same fluidity, subtlety, and durability as traditional oil colors, with the gestural spontaneity of direct drawing.

Beautiful glazing color. Reddish top tone with a slightly greenish undertone.

We never had a real Manganese Blue Pigment Stick before because the pigment has been unavailable for years.  We saved the pigment we did have for the Encaustic line.  Now that we had to make a mix for the encaustic, we added this beautiful color to the Pigment Stick line.
